How do I know the test results are accurate?
Because we use independent third-party laboratories. External labs have no incentive to produce favorable results — their job is accuracy, not approval.
What happens if a batch fails testing?
It doesn't ship. A batch that fails any stage of our testing process is pulled and not released for sale — regardless of the cost. There are no exceptions.
