Subscription & Auto-Refill Policy

At Herbawell, we believe consistent daily wellness leads to lasting results. Our Subscription & Auto-Refill Program is designed to make your wellness routine effortless — with savings, priority shipping, and full flexibility built in.

What Is the Herbawell Subscription?

When you choose to subscribe at checkout, you're enrolling in our Auto-Refill Program — your favorite products delivered automatically on your chosen schedule, so you never run out and always save. Subscribing is completely optional; you may choose between a one-time purchase or a subscription at checkout.

Billing & Frequency

You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or your selected frequency) at the price shown during checkout, including applicable taxes and any shipping fees. After your first order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your next billing date and delivery schedule.

Subscribers enjoy free shipping on all recurring orders.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription at any time. Through your Herbawell Customer Portal or by emailing support@herbawell.com, you can:

📦 Skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription

🔄 Change your delivery frequency or product variant

📍 Update your shipping address or payment method

❌ Cancel your subscription

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your billing frequency may vary depending on the delivery schedule you selected.

First Month Commitment

You may cancel your subscription after completing your first full month (30 days) of the program. This ensures you give Herbawell a fair chance to work for you, as most of our products are designed to deliver results with consistent daily use.

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted before the first 30-day billing cycle is completed will not be processed until after your second order has been created and charged.

Once you have completed your first month, you may cancel at any time with no questions asked.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment after your first month, your cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Important: Once a subscription renewal order has been created and entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified. This is because our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast delivery. If your order has already been processed and shipped, please refer to our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.

How to Cancel

To cancel after your first month, you may:

✉️ Email us at support@herbawell.com with your full name and order number.

We will send you a written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed. Please save this for your records.

Before You Cancel

We completely understand if this isn't the right time. But before you go, there's something worth knowing.

Most people cancel right before things start working.

After Cancellation

All future billing and shipments will stop immediately upon confirmed cancellation. Orders already created or shipped prior to cancellation are considered final, unless they qualify under our Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy. Any digital bonuses or free gifts received during your active subscription are yours to keep.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your first subscription order, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — no return required. To qualify:

✅ Product used consistently as directed for at least 14 days

✅ Request submitted within 30 days of delivery

✅ First subscription order only — one refund per household

To claim, email support@herbawell.com with your order number and a short description of your experience. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval.

Free Gifts & Promotional Items

Free gifts and promotional bonus items are not eligible for return or refund. If you return your primary subscription item, any promotional items must also be returned unused — failure to do so may result in their value being deducted from your refund.
