Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes 5–7 business days from the ship date.

International

Worldwide

7–14 business days

International orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your country and local customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on our Track Your Order page, or enter it directly on the carrier's website for live updates.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship worldwide. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, you can check at checkout or contact our support team.

Will my international order go through customs?

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties depending on your country's regulations. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing is outside our control but rarely causes significant delays.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days — what should I do?

Tracking updates can occasionally lag, especially for international orders in transit. If there's been no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what now?

First check around your delivery area and with neighbors. If it still hasn't turned up within 24 hours, contact our support team with your order number and we'll work to resolve it.
